Why Work With Me

I’m Nikki Naghavi, a classically trained violinist, entrepreneur, and MBA graduate. My experience spans nonprofits, helping build a 501(c)(3) from the ground up, corporate sales and marketing roles, and years of freelancing in the arts.

Today I lead Glass Artists, a New England-based musician entertainment agency with a clear social mission, and I help other creatives turn their talent into sustainable growth through strategy and marketing guidance.

How It Works

  • Start with a free 15-minute call through Calendly. We’ll talk about your goals and see if consulting is the right fit.

  • Decide between a one-hour session ($80) or the Four-Week Package ($300). You’ll pay upfront to confirm your spot, then book your first session directly in Calendly.

    If you choose the package, I’ll send you the link to schedule the remaining three sessions at your pace (weekly or biweekly).

  • In each session, we’ll focus on your goals and create practical next steps. By the end, you’ll have a roadmap tailored to your creative career.

  • Take what you’ve learned and apply it with a new lens. whether it’s fast-tracking your progress toward existing goals or starting something brand new. You’re always welcome to come back for additional support if you encounter new challenges or opportunities.
